Abstract

In this paper, we give the lengths of the periods of the Hosoya-type Pell r-orbits of the dihedral group D_{2m}, the semidihedral group SD_{2^{m}} and the generalized quaternion group Q_{2^{m+1}} by using some special recurrence sequences.
