Effective 1 June 2026, Notes on Number Theory and Discrete Mathematics (NNTDM) will temporarily pause the acceptance of new manuscript submissions for a period of three months.
Over the past months, the Journal has experienced a substantial increase in manuscript submissions, resulting in a workload that currently exceeds the capacity of our volunteer editorial team and peer reviewers. Rigorous peer review, which is fundamental to the scholarly standards and integrity of NNTDM, requires sufficient time, careful evaluation, and the involvement of appropriately qualified experts. In order to preserve the quality and reliability of our editorial process, and to continue operating as a non-commercial, academically owned journal, we have decided to pause the receipt of new submissions while we concentrate on the review and production of manuscripts already in progress.
We expect to resume accepting new submissions on 1 September 2026.
The complete archive of published articles will remain freely available, in keeping with our commitment to open and equitable access to scholarly knowledge.
We are grateful to all authors for their understanding and patience during this temporary pause. We also express our sincere appreciation to the members of the Editorial Board and to our volunteer reviewers for their expertise, dedication, and essential contributions to the advancement of mathematical research.
