Manuscripts should be addressed to the Editor, who will
review them in consultation with a member of the Editorial
Board to decide whether the paper will be further considered
for publication in the "Notes on Number Theory and Discrete
Mathematics".
Manuscripts are then either returned to the corresponding
author or subjected to peer review by an independent
referee. In the event of initial rejection, manuscripts may
be sent to two other referees.
Papers will only be considered if the content is
substantially new material which has not been published
elsewhere, has not been submitted concurrently elsewhere,
nor is likely to be published substantially in the same form
elsewhere.
